Due to the nature of custom production, occasionally some pieces are ruined during the decoration process or arrive to us from our suppliers in a damaged or defective condition.

I am ok being shorted up to 2% of my order, or 1 piece, which ever is greater. Any shortage will be removed from your invoice, and you will only pay for what you receive.
